Everyone desires the latest building design to house their machinery, documents, and inventory. But what does it truly mean to get what you've envisioned? What are the steps involved, the timeline, and the necessary trade-offs?
This month's presentation will highlight exciting new beginnings for a particular company in a new building. We'll journey through the planning and design phases, from discovering the property to the final move-in. We'll explore different versions of the space and learn the importance of communicating with stakeholders to grasp their needs. We'll also examine the compromises made and their overall impact on the system. A key component here is how to build quality into your new space. As, sadly, they don't always come with it.
